• The Society of Bookbinders

Currently contains profiles of 23 members of the Society of Bookbinders with examples of their work. The SoB was founded in 1974 and is dedicated to traditional bookbinding and to the preservation and conservation of the printed and written word.

• Designer Bookbinders

Currently contains profiles of 28 Fellows of Designer Bookbinders with examples of their work. The DB is a British society of bookbinders founded in 1951 as The Hampstead Guild of Scribes and Book Binders. In 1955 it became the Guild of Contemporary Bookbinders. The present name was adopted in 1968.

• Artist Members of the Center for Book Arts

Compiled by the Center for Book Arts (CBA) in New York City. The organization was founded in 1974 with the objective of exploring and cultivating contemporary aesthetic interpretations of the book.

The Web site contains biographical information on some 300 members of the CBA with examples of their work.

• Guild of Bookworkers

Contains profiles of 57 members of the GoB past and present whose work featured in their centennial exhibition in 2006. Founded in 1906 and based in New York City, the Guild is the only national organization for all the arts of the book in the USA and includes among its 850 members [2010] bookbinders, book conservators, printers, papermakers, calligraphers and book artists.
